Comet Diaphragm Pumps are widely used throughout the world of agriculture spraying: Suitable for tractor or trailer mounted atomiser, sprayer or boom system as well as industrial applications. The oil-backed diaphragm design offers the versatility of high pressure and ling life and all moving parts are immersed in complete oil bath to provide total protection against chemical corrosion. The lubricating oils is also used to supply hydraulic pressure to draw the diaphragm, which is the only moving part in contact with the chemicals, on the delivery or pressure stroke. All other parts are made of chemical resistant products or are treated for resistance to liquid fertilisers.
